Knox County — City and Unincorporated
Most of our work is in Knox County. Inside the city of Knoxville, permits go to the City of Knoxville Plans Review & Inspections Division, 400 Main Street, (865) 215-3800. In unincorporated Knox County — Powell, Karns, Halls, Hardin Valley, and surrounding areas — permits go to Knox County Codes Administration, Room 552 of the same building, (865) 215-2325. The Town of Farragut has its own office at 11408 Municipal Center Drive, (865) 966-7057.
Farragut: Premium hillside lots with Fort Loudoun Lake views. Cable railing capital of Knox County. The most multi-level hillside work we do is here.
Hardin Valley: Some of the steepest residential lots in Knox County. Ridge terrain, helical pile foundations, multi-level decks are the norm.
Karns: West Knox corridor. Mix of ridge and valley lots. Standard builds on the flat lots, hillside engineering on the ridgelines.
Powell: North Knox. Rural-suburban mix, many flat lots. Where wood decking performs best in Knox County’s climate.
Halls: North Knox. Underserved market, mostly flat lots, value-oriented buyers. We treat every Halls project the same as every Farragut project.
Blount County
Blount County permits go to Building and Development Services, 345 Court Street, Maryville, TN 37804, (865) 982-3683.
Maryville: Blount County’s largest city. Limestone shelf footings on some lots. Gateway to the Smokies outdoor lifestyle.
Alcoa: Valley floor lots, practical buyers, competitive pricing. Same Blount County permit office as Maryville.
Anderson County

Oak Ridge: ORNL corridor. Detail-oriented buyers who want specs in writing. Both flat and sloped lots depending on the neighborhood.
Loudon County
Loudon County Building and Codes is at 101 Mulberry Street, Loudonville, TN 37774, (865) 458-3315.
Lenoir City: Fort Loudoun Lake and Tellico Lake waterfront decks. Tellico Village ARC approval process. Near-water builds use TimberTech AZEK.
Sevier County

Sevierville: Vacation rental and Airbnb market. Mountain terrain with extreme slopes. Premium composite standard for rental durability.
